Shipping Policy
All Bakaywood LLC products are shipped within the continental United States only. Shipping fees for orders delivered within this region are already included in the listed purchase price on our shop and product pages. There are no additional shipping charges at checkout for customers located within the continental U.S.
Handmade Product Variations
Because our items are handcrafted from natural wood, each piece is unique. Variations in grain, color, and character are normal and part of the value of handmade American craftsmanship. These natural variations do not qualify as defects.

We’re here to help ensure you have a wonderful experience with your new flute. If you need to return your flute, simply reach out and share a few details about the issue, and we’ll guide you through the process.
Our return policy allows you to request a return within 15 days of receiving your flute. To be eligible for return, the flute must be in the same condition as when it arrived, unused, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
A $23 return‑processing fee applies to all returns, and approved return shipments include a $25 shipping charge.
